Question about 1999 Ford F250 Regular Cab
Well, the injectors on the 7.3 are called HEUI - hydraulic Electric Unit Injection. There's a pump, called the HPOP (High PRessure OIl Pump) that sends engine oil, under very high pressure, to operate the plunger in each fuel injector. The fact that this problem occurred just after you changed the oil leads me to believe that the HPOP isn't creating enough pressure to fire the injectors... I"m no mechanic, but... I'd certainly check the oil level again and if you still have a problem, ask a mechanically inclined friend to check the HPOP.

Try repriming your fuel system. On some diesels, when you replace fuel filters, you have to prime them. I dont see how that affects your oil though. Did you put all 15qts of oil in?
