Two different circuits. Do all four lamps blink when you turn on the hazards? Does anything light up when you use the signals (dash indicator, front but not rear)?

Please clarify for me if both turn signals work correctly when the 4 ways are turned on or do they work together. If they work together than you need a new turn signal flasher. There are two, one for the for ways and another for the turn.

SOURCE: turn signals /hazard lights don't blink

Hi! check first for any blown fuse. INSPECTION 1. Check for a burnt fusible link with an ohmmeter. 2. If a fusible link burns out, there is a short or some other problem in the circuit. Carefully determine the cause and correct it before replacing the fusible link. The fusible link will burn out within 15 seconds if a higher than specified current flows through the circuit.2f5ff5a.gif

SOURCE: turn on L blinker and

To fix this will require a new turn signal switch, this seems to be a common problem with these multifunction switches.

SOURCE: hazards and blinkers not working

There are separate fuses for the turn signals and blinkers, but you should check both of them just to see if they're good.

You may have a burnt out turn signal bulb as well. I know that this sounds like an obvious answer, but a single bulb can sometimes disable the entire system because of the way that some flashers operate.

You could also have a defective turn signal/hazard light flasher. This is located under the dash board on the driver's side between the steering column and the door. You have to remove the sound insulation/kick panel (the cover on the bottom of the dash board) to reach the flasher (it is easy to remove - I don't think you even need tools).

SOURCE: My blinkers wont work but the hazards work. No fuses burnt out.

That would most likely be the switch itself. Fairly common

The hazards use a separate relay. listen for signal relay clicking to locate the correct relay. Consult your owners manual for fuse and relay layout.

Hazards dont work but blinkers do

Blinkers and hazards normally work on the same fuse. Sounds like the hazard switch has a problem.Get the hazard switch out and bridge the two connector wires to the switch. If the hazards then work the problem is in the switch. If it don't work you may have a problem in the wiring between the switch and the flasher relay.

CHANGE OUT THE RELAY. THE RELAY ACTS AS HAZARDS CONTROLLING THE BLINKERS TO FLASH TOGETHER. THE RELAY WENT BAD SO NOW U DON'T HAVE BLINKERS.

Haz flashers wont work but blinkers do

There are 2 seperate flashers 1 for turn signals and 1 for hazard. The hazard flasher is located in the convenance center the turn flasher in the fuse box. Also seperate fuse's for each. One battery circuit for hazard Ignition for turn signals.Check fuse for hazard,if good try swapping in the turn signal flasher and see if hazards work. They use the same flasher unit.

Blinker wont work, but the hazards do

There are two thermal flashers one for the Hazard Warning Lights and one for the Turn signal lights. It could be the flasher for the turn signals.
