This DTC means that # 2 cylinder has a misfire. I would start with a tune up, in most cases that will take care of the problem..

Before changing the plugs and boots/wires spray a little carb cleaner around the intake manifold, check for changes in idle or stumbling and racing, it would indicate an intake leak, probably a leaking intake gasket which is a common problem.
