Question about 1999 Mitsubishi Galant
Fast flashing occurs when one or more signal lights burn out on that side--front or rear. Other than the stress of turning the lamps off and on, the flasher should not cause rapid burn-out of any lamps. If any lamp doesn't work even with a new bulb, check for a poor grounding connection locally.
