Will a power steering pump off a 98 lexus es300 work for a 98 lexus ls400?

best ask a steering specialist shop as the engine identification shows a es300 as a 1mz-fe (3.0 ltr) and a ls400 as a 1uz-fe (4.0 ltr)
there may be mounting differences between the engines

How to remove headrest of a 1990 lexus LS400 power seats, can you help please!!!

On both sides of the headrest spokes are little adjuster rings. Adjust the headrest up to the highest position. Push down on both of the adjuster rings. While doing that, pull up on the headrest and it will pop right up. 1990 Lexus LS400, Runs on a 4, 6, 8 system. Ran in 4, but would not change to 6, or 8. Replaced computer, engine did not fire. Put old computer back in and it still wont start. any suggestions?

when changing the computer you must first disconnect the battery if you fail to do so you risk damaging the computer and other electrical components. i/e fuses relays and circuit breakers.

1991 lexus ls400 power steeing slowly got hard to

As mentioned check ps fluid. If it wines when turning and still no power then the pump is internally bad.. If the fluid is dissapearing fast then its a hose or most likely a leaking rack& pinion assembly..

Can't find the latch to open the hood for a 1990 lexus ls400

Should be a release lever on the underside of the dash to the left of the steering wheel. It should be flush with the panel, so you might have to feel around for it. Hope that helps...!
