I have a 96' galant runs some time's but wont stay running it surges between 1500 /2000 rpm's it might run for a while then shut down. I've changed the tps ,map, mass air, sensor, spark...

The condition you describe is usually caused be a vacuum leak. You should check all vacuum hoses for tightness.
Maybe PCV valve or things on that system.

Loss of power replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor button 93 suburban.Has more power when cold at low speeds. powerbrake when cold 2100 rpm, same when operating temp only 1500 rpm.

check TPS (throttle position sensor) when cold the vehicle coolant temp sensor signals to the engine control computer to push more fuel which could be causing you the extra power felt,a bad may sensor could also be an issue as well, internal distributor parts as well could be a failing fuel pump, one that "warms" up a bit and wont push as much fuel, i have actually encountered that issue a few times in my own vehicles as well as that of others

Rpm going up and down

coolant temp switch can cause this. but add a can of SEAFOAM to fuel and change out the f filter again. the ETHANOL is causing unusual problems with these.

Problem with fuel injection

Hi

These cars, if I'm not mistaken, are fitted with Vauxhall engines, and therefor from the symptoms you describe, I would have the camshaft sensor checked out, they have a habit of failing.

Very best regards
