91 ranger tail lights don't come on but brake lights do

The thing is if your headlights are working as well as the front running/parking lights are working than you most likely are dealing with a wiring issue as there isn't just a fuse for the running lights in the rear. The running lights fuse is the same as the headlamp fuse. Are the headlamps and front marker lamps and such coming on? I will really need to know this information before I can help you trace down the problem. You can reply/comment on here or feel free to email me directly at csautomotivecars@att.net. Thinking maybe a picture of the wiring diagram will help you but this was the largest I could post on here but if you need larger you can email at the address above as well...

Ford f450 running lights and taillights out

Assuming it is gas, not diesel and not a dually. If 15A fuse 22 in the smart junction box (SJB) is OK, power is getting to the park lamp relay. Setting the main light switch to AUTO programs the microprocessor in the SJB to close the relay and turn on the marker lamps (VIO/WHT wire) as well as the five roof marker lamps if you have them. The closed relay also turns on the park filaments of the front park/turn lamps and the rear park/stop/turn lamps (VIO/WHT wire)

Take rear lamps out of their sockets and turn on power if fuse still blows more than likely its a wire. Did you check the TAG LIGHTS, and side marker lights?

I would check the ground wire for the parking light circuit, especially around and in the light socket where you replaced the bulb.
