R & R Alternator 1995 Olds Aurora 4.0 32 valve

First disconnect the battery ground cable under the rear seat.Then remove the upper radiator shroud,both cooling fans,accessory drive belt,upper alternator bolts,disconnect alternator cable and regulator connector,ground strap and power steering line bracket to gain access,lower alternator bolts,drain radiator and remove the lower radiator hose,and air inlet duct.Then remove the alternator from the top left side of engine compartment.Hope this helps.Good luck.Let me know if you need more helps.
