My brake and hazard lights don't work on my 2001 Chevy Astro Van. Turn signals work fine, running lights work, and the top brake light works fine. Replaced bulbs, no change, fuses are fine. Where do I look...

Buy a cheap multimeter and measure your voltage at the bulb when the brake lights are supposed to be on. You should have 12vdc. Is your 3rd brake light and brake lights on the same fuse? If not, measure to see if you have 12vdc at the fuse itself.

No lights working on boot lid of audi 80 need to remove plug and check but how do you get plug apart

check all your fuses and wiring to do with the lights in question,
there should be a grid like picture with symbols that match up to what a fuse does (sorry if you dont understand :/ ) just look at all the fuses to do with the light that dont work and change them if they are blown. if you're not sure try new fuses if you have them lying around or use one from another thing on your car temporally and see how it goes.

Make sure your car is turned OFF and the ignition is OFF and the key is out before touching anything (disconnect your battery aswell if you wish) you shouldn't get a shock anyway but better safe than sorry :) hope this helps

The boot light will not work even with a new bulb

Fast solution:
Assuming all fuses are OK.
Check the filaments (look for a broken filament wire) in the old bulb to make sure it's a bulb problem. If the old bulb is truely defective, check the new bulb to make sure it does not have a broken filament. If the bulb looks OK, take a look at the socket to make sure that it is not rusty or corroded. If the socket contacts are not clean, take a small piece of fine sandpaper and clean both the center contact and the inside of the socket.
If you have tried these things, and the light still does not come on, you'll have to do a continuity trace of the wiring to fine where the power to the bulb is being interrupted.

Right brake light out; tail light works fine

most rear tail lights and turn/stop lights are the same dual filiment bulb. it is possible for your tail light to work and your brake light not to and still have a bad bulb. I would check the bulb first, your brake light works on the left yes? this would mean that the fuse is fine

Boot alarm and boot light

The luggage compartment light uses the dome light fuse. So, I would say that the problem is most likely a bad switch at the boot lid latch. Failing that, there could be a bad connection at the junction connector which is located at the base of the left C-pillar (the part connecting the quarter panel to the roof).
