What noise? And year and make of car?
A clicking noise on turns is a worn CV joint on the axle shafts. A grinding noise at one of the wheels could be a wheel bearing. Worn brake pads may cause squealing, screeching other high pitched noise.

The clicking noise could be a damaged drive axle joint.
The dragging screw sound could be the wear indicator for the brake pads.

The driver side tire is sitting visibly farther back from the passenger side, it has a very hard left hand pull when brakes applied, but wheels turn freely in neutral when raised off ground. recently...

Check the control arm, and the control arm bushings on the left side. Sounds like something is broken, loose, or totally worn out. Use a sturdy pry bar to try to force it in different directions front and back, any play will become apparent.

What causes rocking side to side ,or swaying it does this parked or driving no noises just started to sway back and forth.1999 Chevy Venture

It sounds like you may have bad shock absorbers. It could also be the anti-sway bars are worn out, or broken. These are 2 components that could cause the problem you're having. Take it to a repair center, & have it put on a lift to see the full view of the undercarriage. That will let you see all the components at the same time.

there are many possibilties. Sway bar, sway busings, shock, tire, something in the brake pad, wheel bearing, the list goes on and on. Best bet is to let someone qualified to take a look and determin what's wrong before hundereds of dollars are spent without the cause being fixed.

Check the sway bar bushings on the frame and the sway bar end links, it's common for the sway bar bushings on the frame to go bad and the sway bar end links bushings to go bad. You can buy the urethane bushings at Auto Zone or Parts Source for around $35.00 for both sides.Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to know your got your car running 100% again soon.

Back end swaying

check all your bushings back there, one of the bushings could be dry rotted and falling apart. Also check your panhard bar, it's one bar that helps stabilize the rear end.

Another way is to get the back end of the car lifted up but dont lift by the suspension or axel and put it in gear and have a friend look and see what moves/wiggles.

Also check your tranny mounts for dry rott. It's getting to be an old car so these things (rubber bushings) are usually the first to go.
