From what your describing I would say that is your water pump, and its bad.

Trouble shoot heater fan on a 1996 Plymouth Voyager Van

Check for 12 volt power to resistor under dash on passenger side. Follow wires from under glove box (from blower motor) to resistor, which will be where wires are connected on duct work. You should be able to test for 12 volt DC power there.

Van is losing water but the overflows continues to stay full. No cracks in radiator and the cap where you put in the water has a hose going in but no hose on the opposite opening.

In a properly working system, the coolant expands as the coolant temp rises. The excess coolant flows into the overflow container by the hose that runs from the bottom of the overflow to the top of the radiator, under the radiator cap. When the coolant begins to cool down, it contracts, drawing fluid back into the radiator from the overflow. The water pump has a "weep" hole located near the bottom of the pump housing that will leak coolant if the pump is going bad. In some engines, the 3.0, the water pump is located under the camshaft timing belt cover, and is a BEAR to deal with. However, the coolant should be pulled into the radiator when the engine cools, so check that the hose from the top of the radiator is attached to the bottom of the overflow and that it is not blocked or pinched. Have the system pressure tested to verify that it has no leaks. Hope this helps. Dano

How do I reach the back 3 spark plugs on my 1992 Plymouth Voyager?

Remove the cowling that the windshield wipers go through.
This piece is removable. On my ford the wiper motor comes off with the cowling.
This is the trick.

Brake pump on 1992 plmouth voyager, the pedal is

If you have ABS brakes there is a large brake fluid pump connected to the brake fluid reservoir by two large hoses. It sits on top of the transmission and is held on by one bolt. Take a long metal rod and a hammer , place the rod against the body of the pump and with the car running tap or rap on the side of the pressure pump body. If it was just stuck you might get a few more months out of it. If it doesn't come back to life, get one at a salvage yard. Last time I checked they were on back order , supposedly about to be discontinued , and awfully expensive(about $600). I Picked one up a salvage yard for $10 that has worked now for three years.

Transmition read out on the dash is acting goofy. Is this the sending unit or somthing under the dash or what ever. Thank you. 99 plymouth voyager. 3.3 engine 4 speed transmition.

It could very well be a sending unit, it could also be a faulty body ground. This can make your instrument act goofy, lol. Seriously, check the body ground, it should be located under the hood. It will probably be at the back passenger side of the engine compartment bolted to the back of the engine compartment and run to the back of the engine. It will be a flat piece of braided wire.

Overheating engine

About two gallons of water/coolant total. If you have to add coolant then there must be a leak. On the expansion tank is a cold and hot level. Good luck
