You more likely put the spark plug wires in the wrong spots

And you are positive that you installed in exactlly the same position as you removed the old unit. How about the points, did you check the gap?? .017" And hooked the distwire from the points to the NEG, side of the coil?

The first thing ill do is check the fuel filter and second fuel regulator, also the egr valve if fuel filter is clogged it wont start ,if the regulator dont deliver fuel it wont start, also check for the plug wires in the distributor cup if the one on the center is loose it wont start good luck!!!

New 1969 c4 auto transmission has park but no reverse or netural

Is it possible the transmission was not made for a Mustang ?
With the shifter on the floor, the linkage would be different than a car with the shifter on the column.
Have you contacted the company ?

Replaced Carb with a Edelbrock electric choke and now the truck will not start...Put new distirbortor on and new plugs and new wires...

The choke may be out of adjustment if the choke blade is fully closed you may have to adjust until partially open. The other possibility is the distributor is not installed correctly or the plug wire may be mixed up.

Replace the TFI ignition module on the distributor and the distributor pickup sensor (AKA "Stator") inside the distributor.
