Question about 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier
Best thing to do,,, go to car-part.com just like a catalog. You will select the year, make, and model, what part you need and then it will ask you which engine. Then it will show you what is available and the prices. You will see what kind of vehicles they came out of. There should be a lot available as usually the engines go south before the trannies do. Then you can go on Craigslist in your area and find vehicles for sale that have been wrecked or blown motors and buy the whole car.
