There is a lot more to check than what you have listed. Did you check all the fuses and relays?? if you have fuel, Air, and spart then the car should start. Make sure you test for sparks using a spark tester. If there is no spark, then you need to check your cranksensor and camsensor, you will find the connectors to these two sensor on top of the timing belt cover. the other thing i would check is the injectors, Are the injectors working?? you can use a stethscope to listen to injector pulse or a noid light to check for power to the injectors.
