Question about 2004 Ford F150
You need to change your idle motor (iac valve) this controls the air that engine needs to mix with the fuel to run.simple to do yourself,two screws and one 2 wire plug.

There isn't a icv on that vechile, the electric throttle body is controled by the ecm at idle. the throttle maybe stiff or the stepper motor maybe gettin bad. best bet is to check that
