Question about 2007 Mitsubishi Galant SE Sedan
My mitsubishi Carisma Equippe 1.8 GDI 2001 will not tick over.
I have changed the spark plugs no differance, but at the back of the engine at ethere side of the throtle control there are two rubber pipes which go to a sensor, if i bypass that sensor the car does tick over but is very lumpy.
what is the name of the sensor and is this the problem.
ps the pipes is vacuim.
Have you checked the air flow sensor? and idle control valve? other possibility is the EGR valve.
