Hi its the starter motor jamming up, had the same car same fault every now and again.

it could just be a bit rusty around the connections so the starter does not get full power when you try to start it. clean the connections before replacing the whole unit. that might cure it. if not you will need a new starter or celinoid.

2007 Ford Taurus Theft Light on when attempting to start, won't start with original key. Can it be reset to start?

You will need to have the Ford dealer or a well equipped locksmith program the keys again. As this takes a special electronic scanner to access the module to recode it you can't do it at home.

My '98 Ford Taurus won't start

"Security" or Key-shaped light flashes on the dashboard ? Your car might be equipped with an immobilizer. (you can find more information about the immobilizer in your owner's manual). The immobilizer allows the engine to run only if the correct key is used. If your car has an immobilizer, you probably see a "Security" or Key-shaped light coming on on the dashboard every time you turn the ignition ON. If this light is flashing when you turn the ignition ON, it could mean that there is some problem with an immobilizer or the system does not recognize the key. If the immobilizer doesn't recognize the key, the engine wold not start at all, or would start and then die in few seconds.
You can try a spare key, if it won't work, your dealer is the place to call. Sometimes, the key is just need to be reprogrammed.

2007 Ford Taurus sel check engine light came on had it diagnosed having something to do with fuel system. sometime the vehicle will just shut off. has anyone had this problem?

After doing some research on this subject and that trouble code, signs point to the fuel pressure regulator. I believe this is located inside the fuel tank on the taurus. I believe you have a "returnless" fuel system. Meaning there is only one line coming from the tank with no return line. The pressure regulator in the tank can fail causing fuel pressures to go sky high. That will cause fueling issues which can stall the car or cause it to run badly.

Based on the information you provided, I think this is the best place to start. Good luck.
