Question about 1997 Dodge Neon
Starter tests good, battery is good, alternator is good, turn the key over and car will not start at all, all power lights light on,but engine will not start, all cable are clean, replace relay swith or fuse.
I had this exact problem, turned out to be a scorched engine ignition fuse, (in the panel by the door). The fuse wasn't blown, just scorched, replaced it and the car started immediately on the first try
