Question about 2001 Ford F150 Styleside SuperCrew
I have a ford F150 supercrew 2003 the directional signals an the dash and and everywhere else on the truck are not working. the breaklights only work when the hazard button is engaged. Checked fuses and flasher they seem to be fine. Any thoughts?
Might want to start with the connector for the MFS ( MultiFunction Switch ) behind the knee panel.
There is a 16 pin connector that will some times pull apart. Quick test ( that is about 70% effective ) prior to removing the knee panel is to tilte the wheel all the way up, and test the directionals / stop lamps again.
If this cured the problem, the 16 pin connector is pulling apart, and need to be taken apart checked for discolored pins, put back together ( check that the plastic tab is not broken ) and pull up a slight bit of slack from the truck side of the harness, and wire tie to the knee panel frame.
