Hi it sounds like the switch for the lights, try tapping the switch see if they come on if not remove it and have a closer look at it. It may need replacing.

Hope this helps

One low beam head lights will not work, high beam works though

check for a damaged wire for the low beam. Also wouldn't hurt to check the ground wire as the high beam will try and ground through the low beam but not visa verse

Is the wire hot or not? You might have a short and if good that check your light switch

My dipped beam wont work on my clio

If both lights do not work it is unlikely to be a fuse or even the bulbs, although that cannot be completely discounted. The more probable cause would be the headlight relay which has gone faulty or even the headlight switch which is not selecting the low beams. Fuses are easiest to check, and there is probably one for each light. Bulbs are a bit trickier and really need a continuity tester to check, or try other bulbs. (Remember not to touch the glass part of the bulb). The relay can only be checkec by replacement and the switch can be checked by seeing if there is power at the low beam terminals when the switch is selected that way.
