That was rules out i went to autozone and purchased a Brand new battery and still same problem. I had changed that box under the driver seat that controls the door locks, and power windows because at one time water had come into the cabin some way and the box was covered in water.

First thing you need to do is get the charging system and battery tested ..A battery with dirty terminals and or a battery that does not hold full voltage can cause all sorts of electrical issues.

That doesnt mean the battery is good. The chargeing system may be at 14v but your battery may still be weak. By not getting it tested the correct way and ruling it out as being the problem putting on parts could get costly because were just guessing.

Step one is always step one. If you choose to skip it then we can always come back to it when everything else has failed and you spent all your money.

so basically your saying you have had water intrusion and you have replaced parts but so far you still have no clue as to what is going on. Since nothing has been tested and you bought a battery instead of having someone test your old one and ruling it out your at a point where this is getting expensive.

Well if you like I can have you replace several more parts that may be your issue at a cost of at least 100 bucks a part and hopefully we find the problem. Hopefully it ends up not being a computer issue.

Only the proper diagnostic procedures are going to find the problem without just tossing parts at this.

Its your choice. If you want to just replace the next part I would recommend a main relay. Its possible this is your problem

Next I would recomment the module that was under water.

Truck start but nothing else work inside

What do you mean nothing else works ? interior lights , radio instrument cluster lights etc. The alarm light flashes while truck is running ? Let's be a little bit more specific if you can !

The accessory delay relay supplies power (B+) to the driver master window switch . This relay is located in the central junction box ,under dash panel right side . An this powers the windows , the instrument cluster energizes the relay .
Interior Illumination is controlled by same relay .
