Question about 1998 Toyota Camry
You have lost a rear shoe or the Wheel cylinder in the rear has blown out due to worn shoes. Look for a leak at each wheel on the backing plate. if you see a oily substance at one of the wheels you have found your leak, it will need shoes or pads and a caliper and or wheel cylinder. Replace both sides at the same time. Or you will have the other side leak. If you can't find a leak then the master cylinder is bad. Take it to a mechanic if you can't find the leak.
