What size Engine?
The Number 4 fuel injector goes to Cylinder #4.
On 3.3L and 3.8L it should be the Front Middle Cylinder.
If you are not sure where Cylinder #4 is. Look on your Electronic Ingition Coil = Distributor. It has small numbers on them #1 thru #6. The numbers are small and black, but they are there. Follow that #4 wire to Cylinder #4. Fuel Injector #4 should be right over the top of that Cylinder. Usually the Cylinders themselves have numbers on them on the engine block, but it is easier for use to use the Ignition Coil as a reference.
Cylinders Numbers should be:
1 - 3 - 5 Rear
2 - 4 - 6 Front
Ignition Coil should be:
6 - 3 Rear
4 - 1 Middle
2 - 5

2005 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8. Where does fuel line disconnect from motor?

See the link for testing the fuel pump and generic fuel pressure testing which is normally done from a testing port without disconnecting.

2005 Town & Country, 3.8L. Engine cranks for several seconds before starting and then has an odor as if it is almost flooded. Once in a while it will start on first crank. have replace both O2...

code p .0300 is multiple random misfires and that can be mostly a fuel pressure problem
p0303 is misfire on no 3 cylinder an injector problem
code p0 456 is EVAP system problem --small leak detected EVAP pressure sensor, mechanical fault--hose connections
check the fuel pressure and check for a problem injector seal at no 3 cylinder
it could be the source of low fuel pressure on starting
