Heater only blows cool air.

Check your coolant level, also hows your thermostat? is the vehicle running cold? If so it may be stuck open not allowing sufficient heat to build up because it is being cooled more than it should.

HEIL HVAC, fan blows but no heat or AC

Your airconditioning system may be out of cooling gas, and if it has sufficient gas, the compressor might not pick when you put on the AC, and if the compressor did not pick ie start, you cant experience cooling effect, the fan will only be blowing.

My 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T has an issue with the AC. The heat works fine. When the AC is on it will blow cold air for a while but if I pull up to a redlight and idle for a few minutes, then it will start to...

Make sure your coolig fan(s) are running while the ac is on. I''m not sure how you now that you have sufficient refrigerant in the system, but I would also have that checked. Over filled systems can act that way too! Last but not least, high and low pressure switches should be checked, amd if all else fails, check the expansion valve.

Jeep cooling system

Lots of guys I know have switched their cooling systems back to an "open" system because of the same problem. Make sure that the system is full when cold that there are no mechanical problems such as a bad clutch fan, electric fan or thermostat. This should be sufficient info to get you started in the right direction!
Good Luck

Heater blows cold air

the electric motor that open the heat door looses electrical connection there by the door stays on cold / it is located under the a/c heater assembly / which requires removing the whole dash and heater assy// also bleed all air out of coolant system
there are three doors / 1/ a/c heat 2/ mode /defors 3/ recurculation dodgeboy6069@yahoo.com
