Question about Honda Prelude

Engine sluggish, and backfiring, died, but still turns over??

My car suddenly started backfiring while accelerating, and slowing down, and was verry un responsive. It died a couple minutes after... It turns over, but will not start. it's a prelude with a b20a5

After slowing down to turn I lightly accelerate and the engine suddenly dies


Check distributor cap. Also this problem can be cause by a bad idle sensor. Good luck
