I have a 1990 mustang 5.0 GT that don't not want start. I have fuel pressure and I have spark. The car has been sitting for one year now, I can't get it to start, acting like its out of time

Try starting fluid. Gas is probably bad and needs to be drained. The engine will fire or run briefly with starting fluid verifying a fuel problem.

When cranking my 90 mustang it sounds like it is out of gas. i recently replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. it was working great. i parked it for 3 months and know i cant get it to start. i have a 302...

Try to add gas to the throttle body to see if it starts that way. If it does, then it's got a fuel delivery problem, again. If it doesn't start and run then it may have developed a spark delivery problem for the ignition system.

Good luck on this repair.

98 mustang v6 starts fine but when put in gear it stalls out ???

Change fuel filters. You may have to drain and clean the gas tank. Over a period of time, debris accumulates in the bottom of gas tanks. As long as the car in not moving, the debris sits in the tank. Once the car starts moving, the debris gets sucked up along with the fuel.
