Tick tick noise under my endura De tappet cover,is oil weak or bent valve?after I put on new cylinder head I did n't change oil. There is smoke coming from axhaust and intake manindfold area were to ch

By not changing the oil you compromised everything. The oil is old and tired and now its got the gasket debris and else from the head swap. The tapping noise is a dud lifter or worn camshaft. You need to better describe where the smoke is coming from as it may just be spillage where you swapped the head getting burned off.

Hissing from exhaust and loss of power, especially when towing

You didn't give the year make and model, so I will give a generic answer.
A hissing noise from the exhaust is from a leak, and if you have a loss of power you could have a restriction in the exhaust such as the muffler or catalytic converter.

Kia hissing noise when accelerating

If it seems to have a loss of power you may have a clogged exhaust, (muffler) system, again if you have a loss of power or it runs ruff check for a vacuum leak.

My 95 tahoe has an occasional ticking noise, loss of oil pressure at idle and loss of power

Prognosis is really bad, hate to tell you. Ticking comes from the valve lifters, losing lubrication due to lack of pressure and running dry. At redlights, when revs are at idle, oil pressure drops a lot, and engine really suffers. Have the vehicle taken immediately to a shop for proper diagnose and to see if engine can still be saved. The loss of power comes from the valves not actuating properly. Hydraulic lifters need oil at a decent pressure to "charge" , and if not charged, they will stay compressed, ruining valve lifting operation.

2002 Mitsubishi Galant ''hissing noise''

I would first try to locate the source of the hissing. Try spraying some engine starting fluid around the hissing area and home in on the source. The engine revs will change as the starting fluid is drawn into the engine. Sounds though more like a vacuum as you have suggested.
