check the owners manual or read the oil fill cap. if you can't find the oil specs i would use 5w30

There is oil coming out of the oil cap i replaced the oil cap but it did not fix the problem

Your PCV Valvve is defective or the hose is restrictrictwd. Nover filled, right?Pull pcv valve out and feel for vacuum.
