I have this same problem, too, on my driver's side. If I tap the headlight a couple of times, it will come back on. I haven't replaced the bulb yet; the Fonzie move seems to work for now.

2004 kia rio high and low beams not working. Fuse keeps blowing. Can't isolate a problem.

have you examined all of your headlight bulb sockets for any heat/fire damage? even if not, pull the bulbs, and use an appropriate headlight socket insulating grease to reduce temps and avoid corrosion.

when headlight bulbs are changed, it is suggested to use a socket grease insulator to seal them from humidity/corrosion AND to lower socket temps. without this grease, the headlight sockets could possibly catch fire and/or melt, and, if the exposed wiring then shorts, it would blow a fuse.

What would cause camry 2003 low beams to both go out at the same time?

Check the HEAD LEFT LWR FUSE (15A) and the HEAD RIGHT LWR FUSE (15A).
These fuses control the headlights when they are on LOW. Though its rare for both fuses to blow at the same time, I need you to verify that they are working.
There could be a blown blub on one side and a blown fuse on another side (still unlikely).

If the above procedure does not reveal the problem try this:

With the headlights ON, check for power on the #2 RED wire on the left headlight connector to the low beams. Check for ground on the WHT/BLK wire on that connector.

Check for power on the #2 RED/GRN wire on the right headlight connector to the low beam. Check for ground on the WHT/BLK wire on that connector.

Headlights wont turn on

I have same problem but only affects my passenger side low beam. I have replaced bulb many times, checked wiring, socket, dealership can\'t figure it out.. Is just one of Kia\'s little quirks. I drive with high beams and fortunately they are dim enough that no one complains. Some times u just gotta put up with it! Good car otherwise

Headlights wont come on. talighghts markers etc. all seem to work but headlights wont come on.

Check the electical components or it could be a bad fuse or the wiring harness that feeds power to the headlight may be corroded or shorted out. And the headlight switch that allows you to change between the low and high beams may be broken.

2005 kia sedona low beam headlight's don't work

CHECK THE BULBS, YOU MAY NEED TO REPLACE THEM, ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE ODD THAT BOTH LOW BEAM SIDES OF THE BULBS WOULD BE BAD, ALSO CHECK YOUR FUSE BOX AND LOOK FOR THE LOW BEAM FUSE, MY SEDONA HAS ONE, YOURS MIGHT HAVE FUSED OUT

Kia Rio5 headlights won't come on. I have marker

The low/high settings of the headlights is switch on via
an electrically operated relays. These relays are connected to the fuses. Therefore, check the relays if these are working properly, as well as the fuse where
these relays are connected. These should solve your problem. You may get in touch with us via e mail for
further assistance. God Bless you.

Headlights

First actually check and verify both elements in bulbs are good with vom, then check fuses, if these are both ok check for actual power to the bulbs when on low beam. I am not sure if this kia uses a relay for the low high beam or not, but if they do then I would check that if no power on low beam at bulbs, last the actual switch if everything else checks out.
