2007 Chrysler Sebring 2.4 Where is the Wiper motor AND where is the wiper motor relay???

The wiper motor is located underneath the wiper cowling. This is the piece that the wiper arm pivots come out of and the wiper arm blades attach to. The relay is located in the underhood power distribution center. I am unable to give the exact location, however it may be labeled under the cover top cover.

My wiper blades stopped working the other day. Is it a fuse? Or how can i get them back to normal?

Probably a fuse. fuses are located in a removal panel built into the molding/dash of your car and under the hood itself in a sort of box like compartment that contains the computer and fuses for your engine and other systems. I diagram of your specific car can be found online and will tell you the number and location of the fuse that controls wiper functionality. Find it and check if it needs to be replaced. If that is nor the problem, check connections to your batter posts, and possibly the motor that powers the wipers (both the motor itself and the connections to it). Wiper motors aren't very strong, so excess weight from, for example, snow can damage them or blow a fuse. Hope that helps.

Please rate me too, thanks!

Front Wipers stopped working?

I would start with the simplest thing first check the fuses, windshield wipers usually do not have issues and if they do, they are not that costly to fix/repair. You will find that the fuse panel is located under the hood on the drivers side and the other is located under the drivers side rear seat. The panel will tell you the location of each fuse as well as what the fuse controls. If it is not the fuse then you are looking at either the wiper control or the wiper motor. Before I replaced the wiper motor, I would unplug and replug it as they can lose connection and that will generally fix it. Hope that helps

Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement

Nope, but you have to position the linkage in just the right position so that it will clear the windshield glass and the brackets that are located below the windshield.
Thanks,

The windshield wipers do not work on my Jaguar XJR 2002. Could be the fuse but i do not know which fuse it is as i do not have an owners manual. Maybe the motor is bad, but I wanted to check the fuse...

I have a 1999 XJ8. Same setup as yours, with very minor differences. I had the same problem, turned out NOT to be fuse, OR bad relays, OR wiper motor, OR Body Processor Module. It was simply a loose connection at the body processor module below the Glovebox. I Literally jiggled the wires, and it started working again, and has been ever since. I have the Shop Manual, Technical ability, and Tools available to test all of the circuits involved, and went forth with printing out the wiring diagrams, and step by step eliminated each, until I decided to give the connection a jiggle, JUST BEFORE replacing the Body Processor Module (which would have been expensive)

Test 1:
Try the jiggle trick. Should be able to access harness just below, and behind the left of the glovebox. touch around up there, but don't be a brute, as you MAY break stuff.

Test 2:
Check Fuse under hood, (#22) Should be a 30A fuse

Test 3:
Swap the relays located on the drivers side, just behind the radiator. One is for Wiper motor run, the other is for wiper motor high speed.

Test 4: Jumper Pin 3 & 5 on the LEFT relay (drivers left) (please remove relay first). This should turn the wipers on, regardless of whether or not the computer is telling it to run. If wiper does not turn on, check fuse, or replace wiper motor.

That's all I've got.... Hopefully this works for you.
