Question about 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Speedometer is setting on 120 and will not go back to 0
There was not a recall, but there was a class action settlement where GM agreed to extend the warranty on certain vehicles for this problem. Check www.gmspeedometerrecall.com to see if you qualify.

You have a broke wire or the sensor went bad on tail shaft
