First you need to replace the turn signal flasher its mounted in behind the kick panel cover on the drivers side.the cover is difficult to remove, once you have it out of the way they will be two flashers. One is the for the hazards and the other is for your turn signals, make sure you check the flasher before you reinstall the cover.

Turn signals stoped working(left&right)but flashers still work

Sounds like the flasher unit has gone bad. It is mounted behind the glove compartment. I would also check the fuses in the fusebox under the hood.

No blinking signal

The turn signal flasher has probably gone out. Do your 4 way emergency flashers work? If they do, turn them on and that will activate your good flasher. It will be a round tin can shaped object located under the dash on the drivers side. Next to it or near it on the same junction block will be the turn signal flasher. They look the same. Pull it out and replace it with a new one.
Hope this helps. Please rate me highly.

1995 GMC Jimmy signal light function not working

ASE mechanic here:
trying checking the turn signal flasher, the fuses, if all work fine, most likely cause is the multi-function switch.

Turn Signals and High Beams are not working and I have checked the fuse what else could it be? Everything else is working

Sounds like the combination switch is bad. The comination switch is for the turn signals and high beams and sometimes cruise control and windshield wipers. The combination switch is the turn signal lever. Also might want to check turn signal flasher operation.
