You don't say if you replaced the electrical ignition switch or the key and tumbler. You should have done the electrical part. The main problem you have is you are replacing parts and not fixing the problem. These types of problems are tough due to the fact the problem is not always there. You need To determine the main cause. What do you have to do to start the car when the failure occurs? You may have a dead spot in the starter it self, a bad copnnection at the battery, starter or the grounds. I know it is not easy but try to determine the problems cause then you'll save money on the parts.

The dealer replace the time chaim and i put new stater motor and new battery i have problem to start, after 3 or 4 time when i tund the key start

Probably bad ignition switch where the key is. OR the line connecting to the starter solenoid terminal (small). Or could be a bad relay between the ignition switch and the starter solenoid terminal. Could be a bad starter solenoid, Yes, several instances of bad starter solenoids.

Cuttlas ciera 1993 no start problem

The yellow wire is the start wire out of the ignition switch, and it should have voltage when and only when the key is held in start. But the switch has to have power going to it, for it to send power out on the start wire. The smaller or second red cable from the positive battery post is where the ignition switch gets power from. The cable turns into one or more fusible links (for circuit protection) and Fusible Link C is the one for the ignition switch. A red, hot-at-all- times wire then goes from the link, splices into two red wires and both go into the ignition switch.

Now back to the yellow wire in start: from the switch it goes to the park/neutral position switch, and in park or in neutral this switch is closed, so power goes on through the switch and out on a purple wire to the starter solenoid.

That is that part of your starting circuit, Victor. The purple wire should have voltage with key in start, and gear in park or neutral. Then the starter should crank the engine over. If it doesn't, trace it back-all the way to the battery if necessary. New switch, new solenoid, (?battery connections good and tight?), could be your park neutral safety switch.

Starting with key will not ingage the starter

Sounds like your ignition (mechanical) key assembly is bad. Key should turn freely through the full cycle. Off, on, run and start. Your vehicle should have 2 ignition switches, I.e., mechanical and electronic. Sounds like you either have a bad mechanical switch or perhaps even a problem with the steering column itself.

Could either be the ignition switch, the starter solenoid or the starter itself. Ask a mechanic to wire start the vehicle, by bridging the contacts at the starter solenoid. If the car starts, then the ignition is the culprit. If the car doesnt start, then it could be either the starter solenoid, or the starter. In my experience, if it clicks once, then it cant be the ignition switch, and if it clicked more than once, it couldnt be the solenoid. So i would look at the solenoid as the probable culprit.

Hi Kelly,
sounds like your battery is a bit sick. Or it could be the starter motor solenoid sticking.
The click you are hearing is probably the starter motor solenoid. If you hear a series of loud clicking its usually due to a flat battery in which case you need a jump start from another car.
If you can get someone to charge up your battery using a portable charger and the car starts OK, its a fair bet your battery is on it's way out. You can get your battery tested at any large reputable auto repair shop.
If the battery is OK, the solenoid can get stuck on your starter motor. Often a light tap with a rubber or wooden mallet can free up a stuck solenoid, but ultimately you will need a new starter motor. (BTW The solenoid is the smaller bit attached to your starter motor. There will be heavy wires attached to it) Have a look at link 1 below for more info.

Have a look here for some info to help you understand your starter circuit:

96 ford explorer wont start. all power when turn key. nothing.

if it turns over from below, then its in the ignition switch and this also feeds power to the e.c.m. to make the engine fire so you either have a bad switch contact or the hot 12 volt wire to the ignition switch

Everything turns on when key is turned, but engine doesnt turn, starter doesnt click, nothing...just recently replaced starter and alternator and nuetral switch (its a manual)..could it be the solenoid?

If you have verified that the battery has 12volts, and there is power 12V at the trigger wire on the solenoid with the key turned to start, likely the solenoid is bad...I'd question this though because the solenoid comes with the starter and therefore should be new. (defective?) If there's no power there, re-check what you replaced and also ignition switch.

test the solenoid first by leaving the key on start and putting a screwdriver across the two posts on the solenoid if this doesnt start the car its the starter if it starts its the solenoid

check solenoid and or key switch... try jumping out key switch and solenoid by bypassing with a remote starter button, can buy a cheap one at kragens or autozone... tap with prybar or hammer handle on starter as someone else operates key switch...
