Ctsy fuse when put in makes a clicking under dash as if a short? truck 1998 chevy silverado no lights truck wont start?

What lights ? And won't start how ? The clicking is more then likely a relay or a module of some sort . When you turn the key to the start position does the start engage an spin the motor ? Or nothing happens , a crank no start or no crank no start !

CHANGE FUEL FILTER CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS.MOST OF THE TIME IF FUEL INJECTORS DIRTY WHEN YOU TURN OFF IGNITION FUEL INJECTORS WILL DRIP FUEL FLOODING ENGINE MAKING HARD TO START.POUR BOTTLE SEAFOAM TO A FULL TANK OF GAS.IF CRANKING TIME TAKES 2 TO 3 TIMES. HAVE CAMSHAFT SENSOR AND CRANKSHAFT SENSOR CHECKED WITH A SCANNER.

Chevy wont start

sounds like seprate issues check for fuel pressure, and spark. the code refers to a poss bad o2 sensor wich would be a seprate issue since o2sensors typically wont keep it from starting, just use alot of gas. good luck
