Depending on what make and model you have it is located in the fuse box and the number fuse it calls for is printed on the inside of the fuse box cover

on a 1998 the fuse block is located behind a dust shield under the steering column. two plastic screws hold a cover plate up. simply turn these a 1/4 turn and the cover should fall out and there is your fuse block for the inside. also one on the drivers side under the hood behind battery. these are mainly buss fuses and relays. good luck hope this helps.

Fuse is call a
15 amp Color Blue.
Open drive side door you will see a fuse box cover.
