Pajero DI-D dakkar with problem rough run, white smoke at low rpm and low engine temperature

White smoke indicates usually a bad head gasket or worse a cracked head. The gasket is allowing water from the radiator to seep into a combustion chamber and be turned into steam as it exits the exhaust. Check your radiator levels to see if they are dropping and check oil to see if there is a milky substance. If you recently overheated your vehicle, you most likely damaged the head gasket and it will need to be replaced as soon as possible. If this is the problem, the head should be checked for warping by a machinist and re-shaved if it has warped.
Do a compression check to locate the cylinders taking in water.
White exhaust=water in combustion chamber
Blueish exhaust=oil burning
Black exhaust=rich fuel mixture

I have 92 pajero iwas driving home when temp

Your coolant all leaked out, or your thermostat locked shut, and the engine seriously overheated. Some makes will not start again until the thermostat has been replaced (the Japanese have always been too cute for their own good, and program such things into the vehicle computer) and the computer reset, and sometimes this simply kills the engine altogether. Proper maintenance is a must!

Engine oil get less every two weeks in my pajero 4m40

Diesels do lose a little oil out the blow-by tube. If the engine temp. is higher then normal then you will lose more then normal amounts. If you are not leaking it then you are burning it, Possibly worn rings, head-gasket, or oil leak inside turbo. 68 MPH and higher doesn't sound unusual, is the engine still stock?

Head gasket replacement

I'm assuming you have the 5 cylinder engine. Changing the gasket is a pig of a job, especially it it's a T5. AFAIK you don't need a special tool to hold the camshafts in place (at least, I had no trouble) although it makes it easier when you replace them. I can't detail the process here as it's too involved but I will mention one point: On the T5, there is a support bracket between the exhaust manifold and the block which is *not mentioned* either in the official workshop manual or Haynes! I don't know if it's present on non-turbo models. If you have a T5 I would seriously consider getting a spare engine from a breaker rather than changing the gasket - it really is that bad :{{{

Have you checked compression on non firing cylinders? Likely has blown head gasket between these two cylinders if located side by side.
