Oxygene sensor, air flow sensor, temp sensor, your truck has a computer that registers default codes, get good book on your truck, it'll tell you how to pull up stored codes and what they mean, the computer has an LED on it that flashes the codes

Rear 02 is catalytic convertor here the thing 5 spped and automatic will not make a difference on the engine management it doenst manage transmission control it seperate in the ECM if you have the old one the prom is removable is you dont lets deal with what you got the rear or is a heated circuit so you need to check for 12 volts on the white wire and ground at the black if it all check out then you need to check the signal wire for activity if you get a lot of activivy you got a bad catalytic

I have code p0700

The trans axle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to trans axle control. When the TCM detects a malfunction with the control, a signal is send to the Engine Control Module (ECM) to trigger the Engine Light or Service Engine Soon light. The ECM stores the P0700 code and it means the TCM detected a malfunction with the trans axle controls.
Possible Causes - Shorted or open circuit within transmission control module (TCM)
- Failure of trans axle control module
Since the P0700 is just and informative code, check the TCM for more codes to resolve the problem.

How do i fix code 51 89 ranger 2.3 std trans

That code is for the coolant temp open circuit. More than likely replacing the coolant temp sensor will correc the issue but check/verify the connector and wiring for the temp sensor before you replace.

Speed sensor problems

speed sensor tells the pcm how fast the car is going, Also it serves to tell the abs computer that the wheel speeds are the same, and triggers the abs in the event of a slide. Some speed sensors controll how the trans shifts as well as speedometer operations :)

Transmission doesn't shift and the speedometer doesn't go over 40 mph

Do you have a check engine light, or is the O/D or Trans light flashing? I've had a similar problem on a Dodge and it was a sensor on the transmission body. It triggered a check engine light. Autozone read the code and even found the replacement part for me.

Check engine light trigger

that code is a torque convertor code. the vibration is coming from the trans. the trans pump could be going bad sending the vibration to torque convertor and ampflying the vibration.
