my advise don't get those, they don't work as well as you think they do.
if you think about it if they are so much better why don't drag racers use them?
because they actually block the ignition point.
just get the factory style plugs and you will be better off.

If the engines are the same they will fit, the splitport and the zetec use different trans.

Well, not necessarily hard, but pretty complicated. Trans has to come out, and it is harder than in the olden days.... Be sure to also resurface the flywheel, replace all seals that you encounter, replace the release bearing and pilot bearing.
Remember to align the clutch plate with a dummy imput shart....

in the morning when I switch on the engine for the first time (after at least 12h of parking) in my ford focus 1.6tdci 05reg there is a noise coming out from under the bonnet on the driver side. it is getting worse when i start to move the steering wheel. after a 30 seconds and 100yards drive noise dissapears. would that ne a problem with the power steering pump...?? Cheers

Loosen the adjustment bolt on the alternator, remove old belt, fit new one and stretch it slightly with the adjustment of the alternator until you have 2mm of deflection. Tighten up the bolt and take her for a run to charge the battery properly.
