Hi:
I am glad you are safe! You most likely have bent your lower control arm on the front right side. It is what usually bends when your lower wheel slides into a curb. It is about a $150 part, and you need to pay for installation and a front wheel alignment too,

I had a '85 Chrysler Laser with a problem wearing out brakes every 30 days. Problem was sticking front caliper. Your problem sounds kinda like that. Brakes are supposed to be rebuilt every few (maybe 5) years but nobody does, then we have problems like yours. If you want to do it yourself please get a repair manual front the autoparts store. Good luck!

Pulling hard to the right, and front end wobbles violently when sppeeds over 40mph are reached

Has it been snowing where you live? If it has then you could of gathered some ice on the axle of the car and it needs to be melted. Park the car somewhere warm for a while.

If you havent had snow then you might have a bad wheel bearing. Jack each front tire up and see if there is any play (not spinning) in the wheel. If there is play with the wheel then you need new wheel bearings.

Recently slid into a fence durring ice/snow storm.

I'd say the linkage is a little bit off and the shifter is not quite putting the linkage in the park position. To confirm this you might try pushing and or pulling on the shifter a little bit as you trying to start the vehicle.
