Question about 2002 Dodge Neon
There may be some metal debris on output speed sensor of transmission..sensor is located on driver's side end of transmission..2 wire connector and it unscrews from trans..take it out and clean it..if a lot of metal,you may have an internal problem..have seen this problem before..i hope this helps
