Question about 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe
There is a blower motor resister that has gone out,it is located next to the blower motor,it mounts with two screws, and has about 7 wires plugged into it.It mounts on the outside of the blower box,but actually goes inside the blower box,so that the blower wheel keeps it cool, this controls all the speeds, except the high setting. As far as the blower delay on start up,check out the fan control switch,it most likely is burned where it plugs up.The blower motor is what causes this situation, even if the blower seems fine,it is pulling to many amps,I hope this was helpful, please let us know if it was, thank you.
