For about the last week or two, my car door locks just continually unlock, as if someone is pushing the unlock button on the key fob. It does this even when the keys are not it in, and while it's

Sounds like you have button to one of your door locks that is stuck, you remove door lock switches and disconnect 1 at a time to see which one it is. Over time a stuck switch will drain the battery it's sending voltage to all locks constantly, there's a switch tied to ignition switch on some models that locks door when you start the engine and unlocks doors when you shut the engine off, Chev. Try scraping your new key's edge. Its possible that the steering lock may be slightly worn [to your old keys] and the new key may be sticky in the lock mechanism. Also try squirting a little lubricating greece into the lock mechanism.

You may have a problem with the key sensor in the ignition lock cylinder, if it goes bad the system can't id your key code and it locks you out.

You will need to replace the ignition lock cylinder, one of the pins that code the lock is stuck or broken. Have the new cylinder keyed to fit your original keys, the dealer or a local lock smith can do this for you.

Automatic door lock no longer working

I just brought my car in because the AC was working, but not blowing cold. The emergency brake light won't go off. And the automatic door locks won't work (the doors lock manually but not auto). We just got the call that the entire fuse box under the steering wheel needs to be replaced. 270 for the part, 300 for the labor. !?!?!?!? It all just happened over the last weekend!
