First 2 things to check is to see if you are getting good spark to your spark plugs and second is to make sure you are getting good fuel pressure. That's where I would start. Hope this helps and good luck.
Mine would idle rough and hesitate. I replaced all kinds of parts before finding out it was a bad ECM (computer) I found a used one for 50 bucks or so that fixed it.
