My 1997 gmc sierra with a 5.0 engine turns over real well but does not start. What should I be looking at to get it going. And yes it has gas.

First 2 things to check is to see if you are getting good spark to your spark plugs and second is to make sure you are getting good fuel pressure. That's where I would start. Hope this helps and good luck.

I have a GMC and I have replaced all the sensors

You may have a restriction in the exhaust, like a clogged catalytic. Converter. The mass air flow and the fuel pressure were good ideas too. lee

First you need to replace the fuel filter,It will be clogged due to the debris picked up from the bottom of the tank.

Then you should prime the fuel line to remove air.

Please rate this a fixya
