What's the tyre pressure for a caravan with 185r14c on it

It depends upon the type of tyre, whether you have a single or dual axle as well as the weight of the van when loaded.

The maximum tyre pressure for the type of tyre you have will be listed on the sidewall of the tyre. Given the weight of a loaded caravan I would recommend you run the tyres at 2 PSI under the maximum pressure listed on the tyre for a cold inflation. If the maximum is, say, 40 psi then run the tyre at 38 psi. Tyre pressures will increase when the tyres are warmed up from running so always check and adjust the pressures when cold and purchase a good tyre gauge to carry with you if you do not have one yet. Higher tyre pressures within max specification, will lower the tyre's rolling resistance and tyre heat build up, places less stress on the tow vehicle and will give better tyre life on the van tyres.

Tyres are maximum load rated so know the van weight and make sure you do not exceed the load limits of the tyres (printed on the side wall) when adding weight to the van, including water storage.

Tyre pressure 4 adults luggage volvov70 estate, back n front please

The curb weight of that vehicle is 3380-3595 lbs. The gross weight is 4630 lbs. So you can put 1100 lbs of passengers and cargo in the vehicle. To check the tire inflation rating, check the sticker inside the drivers door on the jamb.

How do i repair sagging drivers door on 92 ford bronco ?

Car doors in general can wear out hinges / hinge pins due to the weight of the door. You can replace the hinges - but that can be costly. You can try replacing the pins and installing bushing for a fraction of the cost with these or those similar:

Problem with rear Suspension IX35 Hylander

could be the rear shocks, but if you read the owners book. they don't suggest having heavy loads. 30kg does not seem like a lot. have you tried an 4 wheel alignment. first they can tell you if it needs one. second if there is a problem they should tell you what needs to be fix.

What is the correct tyre pressure for a 205/50/16

depending on the vehicle /weight and expected speed, 26-28 psi. heavy vehicle or travelling at high speed it can go up to 30psi. The recommended tyre pressure will be on the specification plate for wheels and tyres on the door edge or door opening pillar. Some makes of tyres have the tyre pressure moulded into the side wall of the tyre.

How do I get my drivers door open...I have tried the key and electric locks but drivers door will not open

It appears to me that the door hinge bushings have worn out , do not force the inner or outer door handles. Lower the window and use the top part of the window frame to left up on the door to release the weight on the door latch and try to open it. If this allows the door to open your hinge bushing are worn out and allowing the door to sag putting it's weight on the door latch. This is common on drivers doors because of being the most used.

The car do not start when it has been off for a long time like overnight...when it does it is with a lot of problems until the engine is really warm. when it hits up the problem disappears until the next...

hi,, check the fuel pump,or better still add an electric fuel pump assuming ur car is a 1.3 king and not the mpfi. further still check the carb and timing, spark plugs. also depress the accelerator couple of times before u turn the ignition and also depress the clutch pedal while starting ur gypsy.

Recommended tyre pressures (touring) for 1987 Corolla FX

There should be a sticker on your door, or door post, or glove box, that tells recommended pressures. I'm guessing 30 to 35 psi. When in doubt, I go few psi lower than max. stamped on tire to start, then back it down 2 psi or so at a time until I get the ride, feel & handling that I like, then I watch the tread after a good drive down the highway. Dark on outside edges of tires, lighter in middle, air too low, add 2 psi at a time. Dark in center but lighter on outside edges, too much, remove 2 psi. & retry. Good ride, good handling, tread same all across, bingo, then I note it. Add few more pounds when carrying full load, back off to my notes for normal driving. Ride feels rougher than normal over bumps, lower it 2 psi. etc. etc. etc.
