Blower fan only works on high. Dodge Ram pickup 2001. I would guess its the blower switch. If it is, where is it so I may fix it?

Very common. The blower motor resistor is burned out. The part is about $25 and you can replace it yourself 3 zone will cost 75 bucks and is behind the glove compartment..2 screws and 2 wire disconnects and your done.

Yes the power goes from the ignition switch to the fan switch.My guess would be the blower motor resistor is going bad. Check for a melted wire connector at the resistor.

My 2001 Voyager blower fan only runs on high.

This is 100% the Blower (Fan) Motor Resistor located near the Blower Motor.
This is a very common problem with Chyrsler, Dodge, Plymouth. The key symptom is the Fan only working on High.
This is very easy to access and replace.
