87 s10 2.5L getting fuel to the throttale body but none out of the injector even put a rebuilt ecm on it

Check your fuel pressure,check for voltage at wires going to injector with a test light,should flash on and off while cranking over the engine,if not,cam sensor is bad

I have a 93 honda accord and none of fuel injectors are spitting fuel. fuel pump is working and fuel injectors are getting power but the tips remain dry when key is in on position and only cranks

Hook a test light to one of the injector plugs and crank the engine. The light should flash. No flash. Not good. Your injectors are grounded by the ECM. Each one has it's own driver in the ECM. You may want to look at the cam sensor(your's is most likely in the distributor) first. After that replace the ECM. If they do flash, then look at the fuel pump. You can check fuel pressure, but it is a pain and you need special hook ups to the fuel line to do it. A quick test is to get fast start and spray it in the throttle body. If it starts and runs for a second or two. Replace the fuel pump.

My 89 camaro 5.0 TBI starts and idles good. It will not accelerate and acts like its starving for gas. There are no codes showing up.

Check your repair manual for ECM voltage and signals! There is no communicatiin between the the ECM advance and the engine beyond idle..........

87 chevy four cylinder fuel injector wont spray

With the key on do the fuel injectors have one wire that shows (+) battery voltage of 12+ volts? If not check for a shorted engine wiring harness, also check all fuses marked "ECM" there should be two fo them. ECM 1 and ECM 2.

I have an 87 d21 pickup with a z24i engine. On acceleration on half throttle the engine acts like it is bouncing of off rev limiter. Have changed throttle body, fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor...

This truck has 2 ignition shstems,One of the modules is malfunctioning. follow the primary wiring from distributor to the ignition modules closeby. Disconnect one at a time untill problem found.

I have an 87 s10 with throttle body. Neither injector is firing. The fuel pump is running when I turn the key forward. What hardware tells the injectors to fire?

the ecm signals the injectors, its controlled by the ignition module, no spark no fuel, check the pruple wire, its the signal

Replaced everything under the sun on our 87 olds delta 88...wont fire on its own but will fire and run fine as long as u shoot it with starter fluid. We replaced starter, fuel pump, filter, plugs, wires,...

Can you here the fuel pump running?no, check fuse,and pump relay. Check pump fuel pressure,at the fuel injector rail,or throttle body. Check for voltage at the top wiring on the fuel nozzel.While cranking look for pulsating voltage.None, test computer,scan system. let me know the outcome.

Too much fuel pumped into the carb. What to do?...adjust?...set?

The idle air control valve may be at fault, also the throttle position sensor may be telling the engine th wrong information and sending too much fuel, a couple other ideas come to mind but I not an expert. A faulty injector is one of them.....I another idea that may help as well: Vacuum Leak: The ECM will try to compensate for leaks up to a certain size. This will cause the ECM to compensate and possible send too much fuel to the engine...???? Good Luck
