Can i put a 97 honda accord battery on a 2002 honda civic

If it fits and the positive and negative are correctly positioned it should not be an issue. If the CCA (cold cranking amps) are lower than what is called for, you may have issues in extreme cold weather.

Hey Stephan P. and others... - 1994 Ford F-250, Turbo Diesel, pre Power Stroke - hard to start, maybe a minute or more?

Does it have dual batteries? A friend of mine threw 3k$ at his, then found out one of the batteries were low or had a bad cell. It was turning over for a long time, and we never suspected them being at fault. Like 2 750 or 850 CCA batteries. Have yours tested at a parts store to rule them out.

Need to change the battery in a suzuki liana

First be sure you are purchasing the proper replacement battery for your specific needs...batteries are not the same...kind of like cereal makers, batteries are only made by about 6 companies...(many brand names) Your local parts store should be able to offer the proper battery model to start your comparison...Use the rated "Cold Cranking Amps"...CCA for comparison. Your factory battery was probably rated at 650 CCA...you can compare amps from 650CCA to 1000CCA. Depending on your array of electrical accesories, the higher rated CCA's have more starting, and maintaining power...the warranties will range from 3-8 years as of course the higher rated CCA battery will cost slightly more. If you have not purchased the battery yet...compare the Duralast Gold battery from Auto Zone...power, warranty, and price are hard to beat...includes a 3 year free replacement, and 8 year pro-rated warranty...Also, most auto parts stores will install your battery for free:) You can watch and see the simple process of disconnecting both positive (red) and negative (black) terminal cables...then locate the battery hold down bolt...(usually 10MM deep well socket) remove and carefully lift out the old battery...some old and most new batteries have a ******** top that helps in the lifting out...and installing the new battery. Tighten down the hold-down bolt, re-connect the terminal posts...and you should be complete...the engine may run rough for a few minutes while the fuel and air mixtures are automatically re-setting to factory specs...Your parts store can confirm that your problem is the battery and not your alternator, before you invest in a battery or alternator...again for free while still installed in your car...Hope this helps.

I have a 96 cadillac deville with charging problems. It starts up with 13-14 volts but while driving it fluctuates up and down, eventually working its way down to low voltage. on occasion it may go as low...

That sounds like the tensioner wheel is not holding the serpentine belt tight enough to get full contact with the alternator. The spring on the tensioner arm can get weak. The whole arm and wheel is probably under $100.
They might sell the spring separately for very cheap.

What size battery do I need for my 1990 Lincoln Town Car?

Easiest way to respond is....go to your local auto parts store. They will have all the info necessary to correctly choose a battery, including group number and CCA (Cold Cranking Amps)

How to remove battery?

Dis-connect each terminal with the proper side mount wrench, so no bolts are striped...there is a battery hold down bracket at the base of the battery...usually a 12" extension makes this one easy to remove...using gloves, lift the battery out...re-install in the same way...Also when selecting a new battery, you should look for the most powerful battery made for your GTP...The best comparison is to use CCA...Cold Cranking Amps...I purchased a 1000 CCA Battery for our GTP from Autozone...This was not the replacement battery in their book, but the Autozone rep understood my search for their most powerful replacement battery...the dimensions were perfect...and the reserve power more than satisfies your GTP needs:)

What is the cost of car battery for 2004 rx330

You'll probably find what you need for around the $100 range. Normally you will have 2 or 3 strength choices from about 600 CCA - 850 CCA. CCA, is "cold cranking amps". Higher the number, better it will turn over when cold especially. Personally, for the sake of $20 or so, difference in prices, I will always go with the higher CCA, just for that added strength on cold mornings here in Canada, plus I always think, the less a battery has to work to do what is necessary, the longer it will last.
