Question about 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier
Bought this wheel for son a few years ago, he used once then I put back in box. just took out box, plugged it in... left light blinks, right light solid, wheel barely turns (supposed to turn more for calibration), and pedals do not work at all... called logitech, representative had me unplug all but still didn't work... logitechs solution was "it doesn't work anymore, buy a new one"... BUY A NEW ONE FOR WHAT WHEN THIS IS BASICALLY BRAND NEW????? Definitely not a good solution! Any help would be greatly appreciated...

abad ground on that tail light unit could affect current load when turn and stop are used simultaneously. Although one side only is affected make sure of good grnd between trailer and tow vehicle. focust on the tail light unit in question. Replace the bulb. though rare, bulbs have been known to be the problem. If the bulb is breaking filiments ck the filiment orientation. filiments last longer in vertical orientation, where horizontal permits vibration to break the heated filiment when brake is applied.. good luck and let me know if This helped or not.

Sometimes even a new bulb will not work. If you have a Digital Multi Meter you can check that you have power going to the rear. I know that sometimes when a vehicle loses a bulb in one end that it can make the other end stop working. With that said, I suggest that you double check to see that the front works. I used to own a 98 Cavalier RS with the 2.2 liter motor and I know that there are fuses under the hood and behind a little door on the drivers side in the car. Might check fuses under the hood also.
