Question about 2001 Honda CR-V
Please open the inner door panell of the passenger side and check the wiring.... 90% of the reason is that either the wire has slipped off the central locking machinasm which yould have to simply push in back to place or if there is corrosion then you could clean the same by spraying some anti corrosion like WD40.
This should solve your problem.
