Question about 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Problems do Occur at the "BEND POINT" In the door Jam the Wires are in the Flex Rubber and Rubber Comes out With a Flathead Screw Driver there is also The Plug Connector On the Vehicle Side of the Rubber BUT Not Often does one See Problems HERE.
For other Causes You Will Need to Remove the Door Panel this Requires you to Locate HIDDEN COVERS that COVER the SCREWS that Hold the HANDLE AREA Of the Panel these Covers Will Pop Off with a Small Flathead or Even A Pocket Knife----- Other than The MAIN Screws there are ONLY PLASTIC SNAPS that Hold Panel on it is Best to Purchase the SPECIAL Tool for these HOLD DOWN SNAPS Because they Break EASY, Again You Must LOOK CLOSELY For SCREWS and there COVERS Once the Cover is Off the Lock Solenoid is Mounted By 10 mm Bolts and Fairly SIMPLE to REPLACE. I Hope this Helps you Feel Free to Post any other Questions I Will Be Happy to Help
